Recreation Uniforms, as needed, for one-year

The Town of Dracut invites written quotes from qualified vendors to provide uniforms for the Recreation Department on an as-needed basis for a one (1) year term. All quantities in these specifications are estimates and used for bid purposes only.  The awarded vendor will be provided with actual quantities, and the vendor will be paid for actual quantities ordered and received.

Quote package will be available electronically at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx, as of July 31, 2025.

A one-year contract shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B, to the responsive and responsible quote offering the lowest total estimated price.

All contracts are voided if funds are not available.

Vendors must use the enclosed form for quotation.

The Town of Dracut reserves the right to cancel the quote request, reject any or all quotes and waive informalities.
