Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support to the Data Capabilities Division and its diverse customer base as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
NAICS Code 541519. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $34,000,000.

All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing shall be emailed to Paul Horrell at paul.w.horrell.civ@army.mil and Christina Cano-Dickey at christina.l.cano-dickey.civ@army.mil no later than 9:00 AM EST 25 March 2026. Any responses to questions will be sent electronically to all Offerors and may result in an amendment to this solicitation. All requests for clarification shall identify the applicable RFP number in the subject line. In the body of the message, references shall identify the RFP section and paragraph number for each numbered question. If there are questions regarding the attachments, please specify the name of the attachment and the location of the area in question.
All interested parties must be registered int System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Offerors shall prepare their proposal in accordance with the instructions provided in Section L and M of the attached Solicitation document, W50NH9-26-R-A002.
