Summary:· Demo and Remove existing ceiling grid, grid wire, and any abandoned debris and materials inside the building to include but not limited to the old duct work, old HVAC Units, pvc pipe, and wiring. DO NOT REMOVE THE GAS LINE, 3” CONDUITS AND THE SPRINKLER LINES.
· Demo and Remove any of the wooden flooring and structure in the space.
· Demo concrete slab in building. Concrete can be left in crawl space as fill material once broken up. Concrete does need to be in pieces smaller than 24” when left in crawl space.
· Demo and remove any of the plumbing piping in the space under the floor. Piping and any utilities removed will be properly capped 2 ft outside project area.
· Contractor Must provide Dumpster for debris to be removed. and is responsible for removal from site.
· Work must be complete by March 31, 2025
