Solicitation Summary
City of Rockville Recreation and Parks (R&P) is seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-based Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and tracking solution. The primary purpose of the software is to ensure compliance with Title II of the ADA and any State of Maryland and/or local accessibility requirements. The software will need to collect and report project information that will include, but not be limited to, self-evaluation, transition planning, and grievance tracking for physical property. Please note that the city is seeking a turnkey solution to ensure full deployment, implementation, and professional services, and not software development services.
