Periodic Cleaning Services for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems and Other Areas at the New York City Department of Sanitation Transfer Stations.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method in Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City-Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs).

This contract may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions.

The award will be made based on the responsive and responsible bid with the lowest total bid price.
