Greenville County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to abate the remaining buildings at 150 Woodmont School Road, Piedmont, SC 29673. The abatement is to be conducted in accordance with the requirements of NESHAP and SCDES asbestos regulations and according to the specifications developed by Environmental Testing & Management, Inc. The contractor will need to remove and dispose of any items in the buildings to be abated that will interfere with the abatement.

A Mandatory pre-Bid Meeting will be held on February 18, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Piedmont Athletic Complex (Former Woodmont High School) 150 Woodmont School Road, Piedmont, SC 29673.
