HVAC Air Filters - Various Schools and Buildings

To provide all materials and incidentals necessary to furnish HVAC equipment air filters for various types of equipment, in accordance with the attached specifications. Vendor shall organize all filters and label filters for each location. Filters shall be "bagged and tagged", and be ready for pickup by Chesapeake Public Schools.

There are a total of 4 7 schools, 9 support buildings, and +/- 250 portable units. Please refer to the Vendor Response / Filter Zone Information ( 2.18) fo r information regarding quantity of filters and sizes for each location.

The District seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide HVAC Air Filters - Various Schools and Buildings .

Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the District is seeking to identify one (1) or more vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments. Chesapeake Public Schools reserves the right to award this bid to one (1) or more vendors, whichever is in the best interest of the District.
