BULK DELIVERY of PETROLEUM and BIO-DIESEL for the COUNTY OF LANCASTER and LCCPB

The County of Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania is seeking bids for: BULK DELIVERY of PETROLEUM and BIO-DIESEL FUELS for the COUNTY of LANCASTER and the LANCASTER COUNTY COOPERATIVE PURCHASING BOARD for a period of one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 2025.

All bids, ONE (1) complete bid packet inclusive of financial bid with original signatures, and required documents marked as “ORIGINAL”, ONE (1) set of required documents with original signatures (see Bid Pricing Form pages 46) Marked as “COPY” and ONE (1) complete electronic copy of the COMPLETE BID PACKET on USB Flash Drive, must be delivered or mailed to the Chief Clerk's Office, Lancaster County Government Center, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 715, Lancaster, PA 17603 to arrive no later than 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 8, 2025 at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Bids received after this time and date will not be considered. Please place " BID for BULK DELIVERY OF PETROLEUM and BIO-DIESEL FUELS (25-016)" on the outside of the sealed envelope presented to the Chief Clerk.
