Project Description: RFP Introduction
Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) is seeking qualified community-based providers to deliver Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Early Intervention (EI) across Ventura County. Services funded through this RFP must align with BHSA Early Intervention requirements and include one or more of the following components: Outreach, Access and Linkage to Care, and Brief Treatment. Proposed services should identify behavioral health concerns early, reduce barriers to timely support, and connect individuals and families to culturally responsive services before needs escalate.
