Scope of Services
OUC is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Air Emissions – Stack Testing Services, including Annual Compliance Testing, Relative Accuracy Test Audits (RATA), MATS particulate testing, visible emissions testing, Unit-specific pollutant testing, 40 CFR Part 75 Appendix E testing, and all associated reporting and submittals required under federal regulations and facility air permits.
