Specifications:

Description of Service: Supplier is to service the interior and exterior perimeter of building for the control of ants, roaches, mice, water bugs, and silverfish.  Supplier will also service a fly light.

Callback service to be provided at no additional charge.

Quarterly Service As Follows :
October 2026 - December 2026 (1st Quarter)
January 2027 - March 2027 (2nd Quarter)
April 2027 - June 2027 (3rd Quarter)
July 2027 - September 2027 (4th Quarter)

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote.
