Project Description: The City of Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) is soliciting bids for construction of the Hillcrest Road Pump Station House per the construction documents prepared by Jacobs Engineering. The bids are for construction of an enclosure around the existing pump station equipment to simulate the style of surrounding residential houses in the area. The construction will include the house as a base bid and ten alternates for site development items, security, and monitoring improvements to the facility. Final Drawings and Specifications will be uploaded by Friday, October 17, 2025. Project Manager: Raymond Sottilare, Architect.
