Scope of Services
The Scope of Services consists of a broad range of various professional engineering, planning, and related services to meet the needs of municipal government, including public infrastructure. In 2024, the City of Casselberry was awarded a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning and Demonstration grant by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) that provided $1.2M in federal grant funding for planning and demonstration activities related to improving roadway safety. This grant consists of Citywide master planning activities as well as design, construction, and evaluation of quick-build demonstration activities at targeted locations. Results from all of these activities will be incorporated into an update to the City’s Vision Zero Action Plan at the conclusion of the project. The intent of this scope is to procure all consultant services necessary to fully implement the proposed project and satisfy all requirements of the Grant Agreement. Refer to Exhibit “B” for a copy of the complete Grant Agreement (including its Terms and Conditions and Exhibits ), which the proposer is encouraged to review completely as it contains additional requirements and details beyond the discussion included herein.
