The WCB invites Quotations from authorized Suppliers for the renewal of support and maintenance for WCB’s existing OpenText RightFax environment, as described in Appendix A – OpenText RightFax Support and Maintenance Specifications & Requirements.
The anticipated initial support and maintenance term is October 13, 2026 to October 14, 2029, with 3 optional renewal terms.
Interested Suppliers must register on the WCB Supplier Portal located at https://wcbalberta-supplier.ivalua.app/ and download all the RFQ documents. Registration is free for Suppliers.
1. When in doubt, ask a question. Please do not just assume! There is no limit to the number of questions that can be asked, it is advisable to ask questions as early as possible. Section 2.3 Enquiries outlines the cutoff date and time for submitting questions.
2. Suppliers are required to follow the inquiries process outlined in Section 2.3 Enquiries and submit all questions and enquiries using the Messaging function within the WCB Supplier Portal. Do not contact any other WCB employees or Suppliers regarding any aspect of this RFQ process.
