City Sidewalk Panel Repair/Replacement/Construction

The Risk Reduction Office of Manhattan Fire Department hereby requests bids for City Sidewalk Panel Repair/Replacement/Construction. Services requested are for repair, replacement, or construction of designated sidewalk panels on all ground and properties as specified by the Risk Reduction Office.

Bid packets are available upon request in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue or at https://cityofmhk.com/bids.aspx . Sealed bids legibly marked City Sidewalk Panel Repair/Replacement/Construction will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Manhattan, Kansas, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

All persons awarded and/or entering into Agreements with the City of Manhattan shall be subject to and required to comply with all applicable city, state, and federal provisions pertaining to non-discrimination, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action on public contracts.
