at
MIDDLE SCHOOL CENTRAL
The Board of Education of L’Anse Creuse Public Schools is accepting firm, sealed bids for all labor,
materials, equipment and all other services to complete Abatement at Middle School Central for L’Anse
Creuse Public Schools.
A mandatory pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Friday, March 2nd, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Middle School
Central, 38000 Reimold St, Harrison TWP, MI 48045. Meet in the Main Office. Specifications and proposal
forms can be obtained at this walkthrough and may be obtained after March 2nd, 2026, from Nova
Environmental, Inc., 5300 Plymouth Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 Tel. 734.930.0995. Questions can be
addressed to Russell Love, Nova Environmental, Inc.
Your proposal marked “Asbestos Abatement at Middle School Central” will be accepted during
stated business hours at 24076 Frederick Pankow Blvd, Clinton Township, MI 48036, but must
be HAND DELIVERED OR DELIVERED BY USPS NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. ON
MARCH 9, 2026. BID PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME WILL NOT BE
CONSIDERED OR ACCEPTED. IF MAILING YOUR PROPOSAL VIA THE POST
OFFICE, SEND TO THE SAME ADDRESS. Oral, telephone, fax, or electronic mail bids are
invalid and will not receive consideration.
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter at the L’Anse Creuse Public
Schools Administration Building. A link will be provided in the bid documents for viewing.
No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the bids are opened. All bids must be submitted in
duplicate, on the forms provided in the bid packet.
All bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and attach this information
to the bid proposal. All bidders must disclose any relationship with any Iranian Company in compliance
with Act No. 517 and attach this information to the bid. L’Anse Creuse Public Schools will not accept a bid
proposal that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check made payable to L’Anse Creuse Public Schools for
not less than 5% of the contract and must be submitted on the bid proposal form furnished with the
specifications. All proposals will remain firm for a period of 60 days and provide performance/labor and
material bonds upon award.
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to
award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general
to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner.
