Computerized Maintenance Mgmt System (CMMS) Procurement Strategy

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to qualified Consultants to provide services for creating an Enterprise-wide Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) technology application strategy, preparing a budget presentation for City Council, and assisting with the development and evaluation of an RFP if one is issued as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City seeks a qualified consulting team to collaborate with its Asset Management Steering Committee and other stakeholders. The consultants will hold bi-weekly meetings, manage agendas and minutes, and conduct an organizational assessment of current processes and technology. Deliverables include developing a strategy and project plan for enterprise-wide Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS), presenting a budget to Council, and assisting with an RFP for technology selection. Recommendations for additional resources to support EAM/CMMS implementation and sustainability are also required.
