The Cambridge Housing Authority, acting as Owners Project Manager for the NHA Seabeds Way LLC c/o Needham Housing Authority hereinafter, "Owner", is requesting proposals for Construction Management Services for Project 2209 Modernization of Seabeds Way, Needham MA. The Owner intends to award a Construction Manager with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the Modernization of Seabeds Way. Proposal forms, construction documents, and contract documents will be available at www.procore.com on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:00 am, after which they may be downloaded and viewed electronically.
