Project Description: Atlantic Cape Community College is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to provide commercial kitchen exhaust hood inspection and cleaning services at the College’s Mays Landing, Atlantic City, and Cape May County campuses.
Services include the inspection and cleaning of identified exhaust hoods, plenums, accessible grease ductwork, exhaust fans, and associated filters in accordance with the current applicable edition of NFPA 96 and applicable codes. The scope includes all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning materials, travel, and disposal necessary to complete the services.
Cafeteria kitchen systems will be serviced semiannually, with the initial service anticipated for November or December 2026 and the second service approximately six months later. Classroom kitchen systems will be serviced annually, anticipated for May or June 2027.
