The project shall characterize all water catchment areas that influence the conveyance of surface water and evaluate the location, geometry and conveyance capacity of existing DOT hydraulic structures. These engineering evaluations will be used to appropriately design hydraulic structures and revise existing hydraulic features which are needed to convey surface waters through DOT infrastructure. This may include the replacement and relocation of DOT culvert structures and the refurbishment of ditches.
