RFP #25/26-06
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance
with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified,
professional firms (Respondents) to provide integrated audio-visual (AV) equipment for the RTAA
Headquarters Building (HQ) and Police Station.
All sealed Proposals for RFP #25/26-06 Integrated AV Equipment shall be opened at 2:00 PM
[PST], Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government
eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must
register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue
to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all
NGEM-participating government entities.
