Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain multiple contracts through competitive negotiations for qualified Consultants to provide services for an assorted range of projects that require On-Call, As-Required Professional Engineering Services for Group I, Wetlands/Stormwater Engineering Services and, Group II, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Engineering Services.
