REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS REGARDING DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from companies interested in providing design-build services for the Improve I-70 Truck Parking Project along I-70 from Blue Springs to Wentzville. Existing truck parking locations include Odessa, Concordia, Boonville, Mineola, & Wright City for both the eastbound and westbound directions. The budget for this project will be approximately $30 million. One design-build team will be selected to design and construct the project. Those interested in receiving the Request for Qualifications requirements should send an e-mail request to improvei70@modot.mo.gov . A virtual Industry Meeting is scheduled for January 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Information shared during the meeting can be found at www.modot.org/improvei70/industry-information .
