Project Description: The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is soliciting proposals for a registered
Municipal Advisor to act as advisor on all matters associated with MSD debt issuance, debt restructuring, debt
policies and debt management. The Municipal Advisor shall assist and accompany appropriate MSD staff in
discussions, meetings, and official appearances before public bodies and other groups or persons regarding
MSD debt when requested by the Chief Financial Officer.
