NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE take notice that the SEALED BID PROPOSALS will be received and must be
stamped in at the DIVISION OF PURCHASE AND SUPPLY, Department of General
Services, Town of Oyster Bay, at the office located on the fourth floor, Town Hall, West
Building, 74 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, New York 11771-1592 not later than 11:00
A.M. (prevailing time) on FEBRUARY 11, 2026 following which time bids will be publicly
opened and read at the Town Hall East Building, Hearing Room located at 54 Audrey
Avenue, Oyster Bay, New York 11771-1592, and the contract awarded as soon
thereafter as practicable for:
PRINTING AND MAILING TOWN OF OYSTER BAY SUMMER DIRECTORY/MUSIC UNDER
THE STARS BROCHURE AS SPECIFIED IN BID PROPOSAL MS 005-26
