Snow Removal Services

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Rockland Psychiatric Center-Middletown Campus (RPC/MT) are seeking to procure, through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Snow Removal Services for RPC/MT, located at 45 Ashley Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940.

OMH intends to award a 5-year contract for these services, effective 12/01/2024 - 11/30/2029.

The Scope of Work is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. The attached IFB document provides instructions & attachments for submitting a bid, including Attachment D - Bid Quote Sheet. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information.

A mandatory site visit will be held at the facility on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 9:30am ET. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Friday, October 4, 2024 by 3:00pm ET.

OMH will only accept bids from those vendors who attend the mandatory site visit.

Questions from potential bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Monday, October 14, 2024 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by October 21, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Monday, October 28, 2024.
