The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to assess DHH's current reporting process for the CMS-64 and CMS-21 financial reports, provide assistance as requested, and identify opportunities for improvement, including the use of AI or other automation tools; and implement AI or other automation tools as approved by DHHS..
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years with guaranteed funding for the first two years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 years.
