Supply & Delivery of One (1) Sewer Camera Tractor

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids to supply and deliver one (1) sewer camera tractor to be used by the Utilities division located at the Public Works Department, 16550 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.

The sewer camera tractor shall be consistent with the specifications contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).  By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4786_Sewer_Camera_Tractor_Fy26 ,  prior to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.  Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Tuesday, May 13, 2025, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.

Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4786_Sewer_Camera_Tractor_Fy26 , prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Any interested party may register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup at no cost and access the solicitation documents. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting. A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB.  All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this IFB must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form.

Prospective bidders that obtain this document from any source other than Bid Locker, should immediately register with Bid Locker to ensure receipt of addenda and other communications regarding this solicitation.
