1) Provide clarification to the response issued for Question 5 in the RFI responses under Amendment 0001.
2) Extend the proposal submission due date to October 2, 2025 at 2 PM EST.
3) Confirm that all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
Proposal Submission Instructions: All potential offerors may submit a new proposal, revise an existing proposal, or withdraw a previously submitted proposal. Any such action must be completed by the revised proposal submission due date of October 2, 2025. If no changes to a previously submitted proposal are necessary, no further action is required.
