Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for a Design-Build team. The Design-Build team shall be comprised of a General Contractor supported by subcontractors, and a design firm with supporting subconsultants. The Design-Build team will hereby be referred to as the ‘Contractor’ throughout the solicitation documents.
Brief Project Description: This project is to bring a completely new refresh/update to the existing interior/museum and exhibits.
Project Cost Estimate: $708,064.00
