Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description:1. Remove existing tile floor that is cracking and uplifting. 2. Remove 3" thickset concrete that is failing. 3. Replace with new concrete infill slab w/ integral color. 4. Replace tile base with rubber base. 5. Replace entryway carpet with new walk off carpet tile. 6. Add Alt #1 - Replace carpet in office and stair with new carpet tile (include new rubber base)
