  16. Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign flag, roll-on/roll-off vessel(s) (multiple awards up to three vessel or until the needs of the government have been met), capable of carrying a portion of 450,000 SQFT of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk).

  17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Beaumont, TX (USA) and the place/range of redelivery is Beaumont, TX (USA), with no coastwise movements. The layday(s) commences and cancels 25 March 2026, 29 March 2026, and 03 April 2026. Owners/Offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival and provide vessel’s itinerary confirming the vessel can meet the layday(s). The period of performance will be about 51 days for each charter.

  18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.
