Project Description: Intent of this Solicitation:
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into contracts with qualified firms to provide Connected Vehicle Security Certificate Management System (CV SCMS).
This solicitation is intended to provide interested Offerors with sufficient minimum requirements. The requirements in the Scope of Work for this solicitation are not intended to limit a proposal's content or creativity. Offerors may submit innovative ideas, new concepts, and optional features in response to this solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to give additional evidence of their ability to provide the services requested in this solicitation. However, Offerors must address the needs and requirements stated in the Scope of Work of this solicitation.
Contract Award:
It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in MULTIPLE Contract Awards.
Length of Contract:
5 years with 5 additional years.
