General Notice:

The City of Moss Point (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) 197-2-CW-5.5
LIFT STATION #19 REHABILITATION AND SEWER FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Moss Point, MS located at 4320 McInnis Avenue, Moss Point, MS 39563, until Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time . At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Furnishing and installing a new gravity sewer system on Jackson Ave. and a new sewer force main along Macphelah Rd. and Meridian St. The project will also include the replacement of Lift Station #19 located on Jefferson Avenue, Moss Point, MS.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) 197-2-CW-5.5 LIFT STATION #19 REHABILITATION AND SEWER FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable.
