NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

W6369-24-X033

Radio Frequency Signal Receiver/ Recorder System

UNSPSC: 52161523

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to procure a Portable Radio Frequency Signal Receiver/Recorder System. This system will be used to conduct experimental Radio Frequency (RF) propagation research, which involves collecting and analyzing RF signals from various transmitters.

There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.

Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.

The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.

Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
