The Town of Normal Water Department will receive sealed bids for the following:
2026 Linden Street Watermain Improvements Project
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "2026 Linden Street Watermain Improvements Project" with the time and date of the opening, which will be April 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

Floor of City Hall, Room 409, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761, per project documents. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $40 for each set, which shall be non-refundable. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
