DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The purpose of the project is to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material and transportation necessary to perform maintenance and repair of asphalt paved areas in the Darby Military Community that consists of the following installations:

- Camp Darby

- Supply and Maintenance Area

- PASA (Pisa Ammunition Storage Area) Area

- LTA (Livorno Training Area) Area

METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This is a Request for Quotation resulting in a Requirements type contract.

ISSUANCE OF SOLICITATION: The solicitation package with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted after 30 June 2025

RESPONSE DATE: The date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF25RA005).

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period will be as follows:

28 September 2025 – 27 September 2026 (Base Year)

28 September 2026 – 27 September 2027 (Option Year One)

28 September 2027 – 27 September 2028 (Option Year Two)

28 September 2028 – 27 September 2029 (Option Year Three)

28 September 2029 – 27 September 2030 (Option Year Four)

WORK MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000.00 (Euro 462,450.00) and $1,000,000 (Euro 924,900.00)

CERTIFICATIONS:

- Certificate “Camera di Commercio Industria, Agricoltura e Artigianato” which certifies that firm perform on laying of hot mix asphalt.

- UNI EN ISO 9001:2025

- UNI EN ISO 14001:2025.

- SOA Category OG3, Classification I (or higher).

FUNDING: Funds will be made available with each individual Task Order issued.

SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on TO BE DETERMINED. The meeting point will be TO BE DETERMINED.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate to the site visit, all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting an e-mail not later than Close of Business (COB) 20 June 2025 to the following e-mail address: Sonia.zanobini2.ln@army.mil

A legible copy of the identification document(s) must be provided. If the person(s) has/have entry pass (es), a copy of the pass/passes has/have to be provided. Only the person(s) who has/have provided the personal data would be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the gate. The offeror(s) not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base. Not indicating interest as described above does not preclude the offeror from participating in this requirement.
