Description

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) requires audiovisual production services to create high-quality American Sign Language (ASL) and Langue des signes québécoise (LSQ) videos with closed captioning for its reports, consultations, and other communications, ensuring accessibility for Deaf and hard-of-hearing Canadians. The Contractor will translate English and French scripts provided by the CRTC into ASL and LSQ, then produce captioned videos to be posted on the CRTC’s YouTube channel.
