This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.
Supply/Service needed: Traning and Education Command is purchasing Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis Devices (InBody 770) and three-year warranties.
The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: BioSpace, Inc DBA (InBody), INC. 13850 Cerritos Corporate Dr STE C, Cerritos, CA. 90703-2467, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.
All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
