Description

The City of Salmon Arm Public Works Department (City) will accept sealed quotes from qualified Vendors for the supply and delivery of a Crack Sealing Trailer/Melter Applicator (hereinafter referred to as CRACK SEALER ) for the City of Salmon Arm Public Works Department.

Details of construction and materials, not otherwise specified are left to the discretion of the Vendor, who shall be solely responsible for the design and construction of all features.

The specifications outlined in this RFQ are to be considered as desirable and any changes to the specifications noted herein must be fully documented.  Incomplete or vague quotes will not be considered.

All quotes must be accompanied by the Crack Sealer specifications, which will enable the City to determine the layout and dimensions of the Crack Sealer including photographs. The City of Salmon Arm shall not incur any further costs after submission of the quote such as, but not limited to, surcharges, material price increase, etc.
