Requirement
The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville, requests quotes for Audio Visual Equipment Maintenance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price, purchase order.
Primary Location: Gulfport, Mississippi (specific delivery sites will be identified in individual orders)

Required Quote Contents

2. SIGNED SF-1449 AND any amendments via SF-30. .
3. Technical: Follow Technical Volume requirements/instructions in 52.212-1 in the solicitation.
4. Pricing: Complete, sign and submit the SF 1449 with a CLIN schedule that includes unit prices and extended totals.
5. Certifications: Current SAM registration (or confirmation they are current in SAM).
6. Past Performance (optional but encouraged): Recent, relevant .
