This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Bid of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only Contractors shortlisted by the Selection Committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to bid during this stage of the selection process.
MEP Upgrade to VRF system for approximately 30,000 sf of building area. Disability Services Suite/Health Center Suite (4,435 sf) remodel. Student Success Suite (10,300 sf) remodel. Level 2 Testing Center Suite (7,355 sf) remodel.
