Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to offer a bid on Steel Hanger Door Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services in South Burlington
for the State of Vermont Military Department. This contract work will consist of providing all labor, materials, and equipment
for preventative maintenance and repair services on steel hanger doors. located at the Air National Guard Facility and Army
Aviation Support Facility.

Site Visit:	Date: 5/27/2025 10:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a mandatory walk-through meeting for bidders meeting at the site on May 27th at 10:00 am. We will meet at the Army Aviation Support Facility first. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Directions: Army Aviation Support Facility is located at 141 Shamrock Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403. The Air National Guard is located at 106 Nco Dr, South Burlington, VT 05403.
