Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Caledonia Keywords: Architect and Engineering (Non-Building), Engineering , Construction Management, Planning and Design Services Bid Description: The Town of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of a key municipal project: • LVRT Connection and Bay Street Redevelopment: This project includes the construction of a multi-purpose path, replacement of municipal water main and sewer main. The project is funded by the Norther Boarders Regional Commission, Vermont Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund, Vermont Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund and USDA Rural Development. The project is currently in the Final Design Phase and the Town is contracted with VHB and Dufresne Group for the completion of the final designs and bid documents. The project is anticipated to go into construction in the spring of 2025 and be completed by the end of September 2025.
