Introduction
The City of Gallatin is seeking bids for K-9 Kennels for the Gallatin Police Department.
Bids must be submitted by Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, in a sealed envelope
clearly marked "GPD K-9 Dog Kennels."
Scope of Work
Vendors are invited to submit bids for the furnishing and installation of K-9 dog kennels.
The Gallatin Police Department is seeking three (3) single-run K-9 kennels, each
measuring 8 feet by 16 feet, constructed with composite decking, welded wire fencing,
and insulated roofing.
Evaluation of Proposals
The City of Gallatin will award the contract to the lowest responsible and responsive
bidder meeting specifications, quality, and performance standards per the Municipal
Purchasing Act of 1983. Award criteria include:
Completeness of response
Cost
Quality of service
Quality of product
Delivery time
Contract Award
The City of Gallatin reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive
informalities. The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria. If the lowest
bidder is unavailable when needed, the city may proceed with the next lowest bidder.
