Coordinated Transportation Services

The Georgia Department of Human Services, Office of Facilities and Support Services (DHS) is requesting proposals for transportation services for Service Area 1 (Regions: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7) and Service Area 2 (Regions: 8,9,10,11,12) except the areas covered by intergovernmental agreements listed in the Scope of Services. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of one supplier for either Service Area 1 or Service Area 2 to provide cost-effective, efficient, dependable, safe, convenient, and accessible coordinated transportation services who will operate with a maximum level of coordination/consolidation for Consumers authorized by DHS. Supplier must have a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of current and relevant experience in providing coordinated transportation services for governmental entities or programs funded by local, state, or federal funds preferably as a prime contractor.
