Description
The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the NORTH BROAD EXTENSION ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, Bid No. 011-24, per the drawings and specifications herein. Bidders must complete the Bid Form for the contract to be considered for this project, with all work associated with this bid being awarded to a single bidder.
The project shall consist of roadway improvements for approximately 2,450 linear feet, including, but not limited to, clearing, grading, drainage improvements, paving, curb & gutter construction, driveway installation, and striping. Milling is required on this project, but all milling will be completed by the City of Rome. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor
to coordinate said milling with the Engineer. The work will be awarded in one contract.
All concrete removed from the project is to be disposed of in accordance with GA Rule 391-3-4.
Contract shall be 120 consecutive calendar days for completion of the work, to be computed from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
