2026 Pavement Marking Project

The Village of Rantoul, Illinois invites prospective contractors to bid on the delivery and installation of striping at various locations around the Village.

Sealed bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the Village of Rantoul Municipal Building, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, IL 61866.  Bids received after the closing time, at the discretion of the Village may be rejected and returned unopened.  Bids submitted should be identified on the outside of the Envelope or Package as a Bid for “26-00000-00-ST “STRIPING PROJECT 2026 VARIOUS LOCATIONS, RANTOUL, IL.” and should be addressed to:  The Village of Rantoul, Public Works Office, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, Illinois 61866.  The Bid opening will occur immediately after the closing time in the Conference Room of the Municipal building at 333 S Tanner St, Rantoul, IL.

The IFB will be available by contacting the office of the Director of Public Works, 200 W Grove Ave. Rantoul, IL (217) 892-6526.  The Village of Rantoul, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.   No bid shall be withdrawn after bids are opened without the consent of the Village of Rantoul, Illinois for a period of sixty (60) days.
