Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 28 August 2025. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside.
The delivery date will be 12 weeks days after date of contract. The PSC Code is 4310. The NAICS Code is 333912, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
The purpose of this acquisition is to provide two (2) 6,000-hour maintenance interval full kits, part number WP121-6KF-LCS, for the medium pressure air compressors (MPACs) to support an LCS class ship.
The solicitation will be available on or about 28 August 2025 for download on the System for Award Management (SAM) Website at: https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the Description of Requirement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced website frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
SAM registration is mandatory. The SAM is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of the Central Contractor Registration, On-Line Representations and Certifications, and the Excluded Parties Lists System.
ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJ or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
