Place of Performance:
SOLICITATION-DESCRIPTION The purpose of this project is to replace flooring throughout VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS). The contractor shall replace flooring throughout three VANCHCS sites. Approximately 18,490 SF of carpet or luxury vinyl tile throughout Martinez, Fairfield, and Mare Island buildings as shown in exhibit A. The contractor shall remove and install new accessories associated with the flooring. Carpet and vinyl tile to include, but not limited to, subfloors, carpet tack strips, carpet padding, and vinyl glue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, and installation required by this scope as required by specifications. There will be one pre-solicitation site visit scheduled, please reference the solicitation for date, time, and meet-up location for the site visit. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-solicitation site visit. (End of Solicitation)
